Up to 100’ Lengths
Dual and single insulated lines available up to 100' through 7/8" copper and 1" insulation. 1-1/8" copper and 1-1/2" insulation available in lengths up to 50'.

Wire and/or control cable pre-assembly, flares and other end line fittings available.
Pre-Insulated ACR
Pre-insulated hard ACR and half-hard ACR available through 2-1/8” in 10’ or 20’ lengths.
Standard Line Sets
Standard Unitary Line Sets are available in either an elastomeric rubber insulation or the coated elastomeric rubber Titanium insulation for use in HVACR applications. EPDM insulation is also available on request for HVACR applications. All line sets are manufactured in the United States.
Mini-Split Line Sets
Linesets, Inc. Mini-Split Line Sets are available in either an elastomeric rubber insulation or the coated elastomeric rubber Titanium insulation for use in ductless HVAC applications. EPDM insulation is also available on request for HVACR applications. All line sets are manufactured in the United States.
Insulated Single Lines
Insulated Single Lines are available in either an elastomeric rubber insulation or the coated elastomeric rubber Titanium insulation for a variety of HVACR applications. EPDM insulation for use in HVACR applications is also available on request. All insulated single lines are manufactured in the United States.
Packaging
Our unique Damage Control Carton allows you to:
- Minimize and prevent damage in transit or warehousing. Reinforced package does not allow the coils to shift, bounce or bend like master carton boxes. Keeps insulation from losing form.
- Center handles allows for easier handling and carrying for your employees and contractors unlike the cumbersome master carton boxes.
- Free up additional warehouse space! More product fits in smaller spaces due to he minimized packaging and stacking features we provide!
Custom Lengths & Labeling
LSI offers any length up to 100' long through 7/8" copper and 1" insulation. 1-1/8" copper and 1-1/2" insulation available in any length up to 50'. Pre-insulated ACR copper available in 10' and 20' lengths through 2-5/8" copper.
Titanium
Linesets, Inc. Titanium is a flexible coextruded jacketed composite material applied to NBR/ PVC tubular insulation. It is a polymeric jacketed material that offers excellent flexibility, abrasion and weather resistance, making it ideal for outdoor applications.
- Black in color
- Available in 1/2”, 3/4”, 1” and 1-1/2” wall thicknesses
- Available in diameter sizes ranging from 1/4” to 2-1/8”
