Linesets Advantage
A lineset consists of two copper lines which are connected to an outdoor compressor unit and routed to an indoor air-handler. The larger tube, covered with continuous seamless insulation, is called the suction line. The smaller tube is referred to as the liquid line. At Linesets, Inc. we attach the liquid and suction line together and roll it into a convenient all-in-one package for installation in the field.
The various sizes commonly used are as follows:
- Suction Line-3/8 of an inch to 1 1/8 inches in diameter
- Liquid Lines-1/4 to 1/2 inch in diameter
- Insulation-3/8 inch to 1 inch wall thickness in all diameters
- Lengths-15 to 100 feet in any increment
- Thermostat or Line Voltage Wire- Any gauge required

Lineset Packaging
- Our line sets are all individually boxed, stacked horizontally on a pallet 25 - 35 line sets high. These patent pending boxes are specifically designed to be crush resistant. You are able to store more line sets in less space, ship more line sets in less space on your truck, eliminate cardboard waste from line sets filling your dumpster and cluttering your docks.
